Enter Alberta and/or Saskatchewan Registration Information

When a company continues into BC that is not from Alberta or Saskatchewan, the client is asked if the company has any existing extraprovincial registrations in Alberta and/or Saskatchewan.  If the company does, the client is asked to enter the following information about the company:

 

Step one

Enter the company's identifying number in Alberta or Saskatchewan.  

Step two

Enter the date of registration in Alberta or Saskatchewan.

Step three

If applicable, enter the assumed name of the company in Alberta or Saskatchewan.

 

This information enables BC to automatically send on your behalf the following information when the continuation into BC transaction has been completed:

Step one

Change of jurisdiction.

Step two

Updated head office information.

Step three

If company continued in with a different name and the name has been searched for in the extraprovincial registration, the change of name.
