This screen displays when you have attempted to pay for a filing and the credit card number that you entered has been declined. To try again, click on the "Retry credit card payment" button. If you do not retry, your filing will NOT be completed. Your credit card has NOT been charged. Click on the "Print Page" button to print a copy for your records.
