Unlike the Company Act, the Business Corporations Act does not require that a company appoint officers, or that  it  has a president and secretary.

You may only change the name of an existing officer if the change is a correction due to a typo or spelling mistake, or a legal name change.  Do not enter the name of a different individual.

 

Step One

Enter the exact spelling of the Last Name, First,  and Middle Name of an individual.

Step Two

Check the box next to each office held by this officer.

Step Three

Enter the officer's  mailing address.

On Corporate Online, the officer's delivery address has been defaulted to become the mailing address as well.  If the mailing address is different from the delivery address, please correct it as part of this filing.

Step Four

Enter the officer's delivery address or indicate it is the same as the mailing address.  

Step five

Click Save.

You will see a table containing the officer information you just added.  To add another officer, click the Add button in the lower right corner of the table.
