Alterations to the Notice of Articles

The Notice of Alteration allows information in the Notice of Articles to be altered including:

• The company name;

• A translation of the company name;

• Pre-existing Company Provisions;

• Date of a resolution or court order;

• Authorized Share Structure;

• For a BC company - Convert from a BC company to a BC Unlimited Liability Company

• For a BC company - Convert from a BC company to a BC Community Contribution Company

• For a BC Unlimited Liability Company - Convert from a BC Unlimited Liability Company to a BC company

You can alter any information in the notice of articles including adding a resolution date or removing the Pre-Existing Company Provisions.  The fee to file the Notice of Alteration is the same regardless of whether you choose one or more options.
