Once your name reservation has been processed, the name reservation number is available. It will be displayed on the receipt which will either be mailed to you or sent in an email message. The number can be found near the top of the receipt. See the example below.
If you paid for your reservation by credit card and do not have a receipt, phone the Corporate Registry at 1 877 526-1526.
BC OnLine users have the option of searching for a name reservation number in the Name Requests Online system. Select "View the status of your Name Approval Request" from the main menu. You can then search for your name reservation with one of the following methods:
Search all requests that you have submitted within a certain time frame; or
Search by client name; or
Search by entering one of the name choices.
When the search results are displayed, select a name request from the list to view its status and name reservation number.
