An incorporator may be an individual, firm or corporation who has signed the company's incorporation agreement.  Each new company must have at least one incorporator.

You must add at least one incorporator in order to file the Incorporation Application.

 

Step One

Select option [a] if the incorporator is a corporation or firm

Enter the corporation or firm name

Select option [b] if the incorporator is an individual

Enter the exact spelling of the Last Name (at minimum), First,  and Middle Name of an individual.

Step Two

Enter the incorporator's mailing address.

Step Three

Click Save.

You will see a table containing the incorporator information you just added.  To add another incorporator, click the Add button in the lower right corner of the table.

Remember you can always edit or remove the incorporator  before your form is filed.  Once the Incorporation Application is filed, corrections to an incorporator's name or address can only be made by contacting the Corporate Registry.
