Your new company can have a specific name, or it can be created using the incorporation number generated by the Corporate Registry followed by "B.C. Ltd.".  If you want a specific name, you will need a name reservation.

Select option [b] if you are going to use a number for your company

If you don't need a specific name for your company, you can use the incorporation number generated by the Corporate Registry followed by "B.C. Ltd.". For example, your company name could be 78359 B.C. Ltd.
