If a company is in non-compliance with the Business Corporations Act, it will not be issued a Certificate of Good Standing. There are two types of non-compliance:
|
The company has overdue Annual Reports (BC and extraprovincial companies)All companies have two months from their anniversary date to file an Annual Report. A company that fails to file within two months is in non-compliance. To remove the non-compliance, the company must file all of its overdue annual reports.
