On the Transition Application and Post-Restoration Transition Application, you may only correct a director's name or delivery address due to a typo or spelling mistake.  The director's mailing address may be changed.  If the company's directors have changed, you must file a Notice of Change of Directors.

Step One

Correct the spelling of the director's last name, first,  and middle name if required.

Step Two

Ensure the mailing address is a postal address where the director receives mail.

Step Three

Correct the delivery address if required.

Step Four

Click Save.
